ShopAudit AI is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that helps Shopify store owners improve their SEO by: - Scanning stores for SEO issues - Generating AI-powered content fixes - Publishing fixes directly to Shopify stores - Providing SEO progress tracking and reporting
To use ShopAudit AI, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use - Be responsible for all activities under your account You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
By connecting your Shopify store, you grant ShopAudit AI permission to: - Read product information, meta tags, and images - Write/update product descriptions, meta tags, and alt text - Access your store's blog to publish articles You can revoke this access at any time through your Shopify admin panel. You are responsible for all changes made to your store through our Service.
Free Plan: Limited to 5 AI fixes per account. Pro Plan ($49/month): Unlimited AI fixes, all features included. Agency Plan ($99/month): All Pro features plus multi-store management. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
ShopAudit AI uses artificial intelligence to generate content including product descriptions, meta tags, and blog posts. You understand that: - AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing - We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content - You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before applying it to your store - We are not liable for any negative outcomes from AI-generated content
You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications - Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission - Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShopAudit AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated content created through our Service for your store is owned by you upon generation.
ShopAudit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
