ShopAudit AI accesses your Shopify store data through Shopify's official API with your explicit permission. We access: - Product titles, descriptions, and images - Meta tags and SEO fields - Store information We do NOT access customer data, order information, payment details, or any other sensitive business data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Shopify access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your access tokens with third parties.
We use the following third-party services: - Anthropic Claude API: For AI content generation - Supabase: For database and authentication - Vercel: For hosting and deployment - Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing - Shopify API: For store data access Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
